This is the liquid that comes from the grated meat of mature coconuts.
We use a UHT process in the making of coconut milk & cream and its Aseptically packed under sterilized conditions. The Factory is dedicated to making coconut cream and milk and we are one of the largest manufacturers of UHT coconut cream in Sri Lanka.

UHT or ‘Ultra High-Temperature processing’, is a way of sterilizing liquid food, like coconut milk. The liquid is heated for 2-5 seconds at 135°– hot enough to kill bacteria. The product is aseptically packed, you can keep our organic coconut milk/cream in ambient temperature when storing.
Coconut Cream: What is it?
Coconut cream comes from the white endosperm often referred to as the meat of the coconut. The meat is grated or shredded and then pressed to produce coconut cream. The end result of pressing the meat is a smooth, thick liquid. Coconut milk can also be produced from coconut cream by standardizing with water to reduce the overall fat content.
